Get Fit With 6: June Challenge

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) - The Get Fit With 6 June Challenge is all about focusing on your lower body strength. This includes glutes, hamstrings and even some core workouts.

The three workouts on the agenda are fire hydrants, dockey kicks and half burpees. Do these every day of the week in different increments, and then try something different on the weekends!

Each of these workouts can be conveniently done right in your home.
